The Age of Empires III TAD Community Clan Patch (CCP) is now available. This patch is REQUIRED before you will be able to connect to AOE III games hosted by the clan. Please note that by installing this patch you will NO LONGER be able to connect to Ensemble Online and will thus be restricting yourself to LAN and Hamachi play.

The patch does happen to remove the CD requirement from the game as an added bonus.

Before you begin make sure that you have BOTH expansions installed (The WarChiefs and The Asian Dynasties).

You must also install PATCH 1.05 for WARCHIEFS (from http://www.ensembles...Updates_xp.aspx) and PATCH 1.02 FOR ASIAN DYNASTIES (from http://www.ensembles...Updates_yp.aspx)

If you wish you can install these using the in-game updater rather than as a manual patch (it is recommended that people with Windows Vista and Windows 7 use the in-game patcher)

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Make sure that you have Vanilla AOE3, The WarChiefs expansion, and The Asian Dynasties expansion installed (in that order), and have patched Warchiefs to v1.05 and Asian Dynasties to v1.02

- Extract the contents to your AOE III installation, overwriting existing files.
- Follow the instructions on the LogMeIn wiki to create a user.cfg file: http://logmeinwiki.c..._of_Empires_III

You should now be able to participate in AOE III games hosted by the clan.

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE BOTH WAR CHIEFS AND ASIAN DYNASTIES INSTALLED, ALONG WITH THEIR RESPECTIVE PATCH VERSIONS, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PATCH OR PLAY! VANILLA AOE3 IS NOT SUFFICIENT.
